Refund & Return Policy

At Chamoly, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products packed with bold flavor. Your satisfaction matters to us, and if something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to help.

Because our products are food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for food safety reasons.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items.

All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only considered if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order arrived damaged during transit.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • Lost or delayed packages.

  • Melted products due to weather or shipping conditions.

  • Flavor preferences or dissatisfaction with taste.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders that have been opened, consumed, or altered in any way.

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the shipping box.

  • Photos of the shipping label.

  • Photos of the product(s) received.

Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in your claim being denied.

Melted Products

Our products may be exposed to varying temperatures during shipping. While we package our products with care, Chamoly is not responsible for products that melt or change texture due to weather conditions or shipping transit times.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for melted products.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Chamoly is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
